It looks ahead, anticipates what future faithfulness will require, and prepares people and resources for what is to come.

To ORGANIZE is to create shared clarity by equipping people with the right tools, providing targeted training, ensuring access to needed expertise, and establishing a shared vision and consistent practices for everyone involved.

To OVERSEE is to close the gap between present reality and the future discerned by leadership—a future that is biblically based, inspired by prayer, and shaped by input from the congregation. Leadership and management work in concert to create and execute a plan that bridges that gap. Together, they engage and motivate people in the work, remove obstacles, solve problems in real time, and adjust direction as needed—all while ensuring ongoing, adaptive stewardship in an ever-changing environment.

To PROTECT is to ensure that the mission, people, practices, and resources developed through faithful stewardship are guarded wisely. Risks come in many forms: safety hazards, security vulnerabilities, legal and compliance exposures, financial missteps, and reputational harm. Some feel urgent; others seem distant. But every known risk requires appropriate attention.
