LOOP FRAMEWORK Manual includes 120+ Assessment Questions (AQs) with detailed instructions for both the hard copy and the Assessment Questions Workbook (AQWB).  The AQs provides a structure for your church’s leadership to accurately identify, prioritize, budget, and schedule the actions that will ensure the church’s leadership can faithfully steward the people, property, and resources God has entrusted to their church wisely and sustainably.  Doing so will ensure the church’s ministries can flourish for years to come.

A hardcopy version of the Assessment Questions(AQs) are included in the LOOP Framework Manual. your church will be provided with a digital version (excel spreadsheet).  You can make as many copies of the hard copy version as needed for your Implementation Team.  It is recommended that one person be in charge of the AQWB. Detailed instructions for the AQWB are provided in the manual. When needed, the Implementation Team can leverage the Upon This Rock Advisors Remote Support to provide guidance and answer questions.

The MS Excel AQWB is an extremely powerful tool enabling the Responsible Committee(s) & the Implementation Team to have a structured format that enables the team to always know what’s been accomplished, what is in process, what is scheduled next, and what is scheduled in the future.
