Jack Owen founded Upon This Rock Advisors to address a critical gap: most church leaders are deeply gifted in ministry but are rarely equipped with the tools, knowledge, and practical experience needed to wisely steward facilities, safety & security requirements, assets, and resources. In addition, they are entrusted with mitigating risks and ensuring regulation compliance
